Under Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code prohibiting the sale ofalcohol to minors under the age of 18, the customer agrees by validating his order to be eighteen years old by the date of the order.
The acceptance of the General Terms of Sale is therefore prohibited for minors.
ARTICLE 2 – TARIFFS
1.1 – The prices of our products are shown in euros all taxes included (VAT – other taxes related to the sale of alcoholic beverages).
1.2 – Express-apero94 reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of your order.
ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY
Our offers and products are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of the stocks available outside promotional operations mentioned as such.
ARTICLE 4 – VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale prior to the order.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY AND ZONES
We only deliver the following cities:
Le Perreux-sur-Marne / Nogent-sur-Marne.
Monday to Saturday: 9 p.m. / 6 a.m.
The products are delivered to the address (in the delivery area listed above) that you indicated during the ordering process, no later than 45 minutes after you took order.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases is made by bank card,
cash (on call on 06 45 95 42 61)
The minimum purchase is 25 Euros
To ensure payment security, www.express-apero94 uses the secure service of its partner LCL Sherlock’s and OVH SAS, incorporating the SSL security standard.
When finalizing the order, the user will have to enter in a secure environment his confidential data: his card number, his expiry date and the visual cryptogram on the back of it.

The products governed by these Terms and Conditions are those listed on the website www.express-apero94 and are listed as sold and shipped by the seller. They are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a visual and presentation. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred with respect to this presentation, the seller could not be held liable. Photographs of the products are not contractual.
